📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in managing and developing the team, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.,Support the implementation of team goals and objectives, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide regular updates to the Team Leader.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Assist in training and development activities to enhance team skills and knowledge.,Handle team scheduling and ensure optimal use of resources.,Support the Team Leader in resolving team conflicts and issues.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of HR policies and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
