📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain closure cost estimates for mining projects using SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze and report on closure cost data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and environmental teams to ensure closure plans are feasible and compliant with regulations.
• Prepare and present closure cost reports to stakeholders, including management and regulatory bodies.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and optimize closure strategies.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on closure cost analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to the development of closure cost models and methodologies.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to assess closure progress and identify potential issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in closure cost analysis or a similar role in the mining industry.
• Strong proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of closure cost regulations and standards relevant to the mining industry.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with mining software and tools such as MineSight, MineScape, or similar is a plus.
