📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of crusher plant projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee the daily operations of crusher plants, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Utilize industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project to manage projects effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in the construction or mining industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing crusher plant projects.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
• Strong understanding of crusher plant operations and maintenance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and MS Project.
