📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with the setup and maintenance of our state-of-the-art theaters, including managing ticket sales and assisting with technical equipment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
• Perform basic cleaning and organization tasks to keep our theaters spotless.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of our movie screens, ensuring they are in perfect working order.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, answering questions and addressing any concerns.
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of our busy cinema environment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or cinema-related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of cinema equipment and operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with using point-of-sale systems and ticketing software such as Box Office Pro or similar.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and supplies as needed.
