FORZA Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Palopo. This is an immediate opening, so we are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our operations in the Palopo region, ensuring that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Please note that this is a full-time position, and the successful candidate will be required to work in the Palopo office.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of our operations in the Palopo region.
  • Ensure that our products and services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the Palopo region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that we are meeting our business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and support teams in the Palopo region.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement them in our operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
