As an Area Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of 10-15 staff members, overseeing daily operations, managing inventory, and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. You’ll work closely with the regional manager to ensure all branches adhere to Salad Hut’s quality standards and operational protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple Salad Hut branches, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Implement and monitor sales strategies, including promotions and menu engineering, to drive revenue growth.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to develop and execute branch-specific initiatives.
• Represent Salad Hut at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a multi-outlet management role is a plus.
