Bay Bright Sejahtera is seeking a dedicated Assistant Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating our fleet operations, ensuring smooth and efficient transportation services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and management of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.,Track fuel consumption and manage fuel expenses.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation and maintenance of vehicle documentation and records.,Support in the organization and execution of fleet-related events and activities.,Provide assistance in the planning and implementation of fleet improvement initiatives.,Assist in the resolution of any fleet-related issues or concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license is a plus.
