🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the insurance or financial services industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of insurance products and services is a plus.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
