Food Shop Dinamis is a dynamic and growing company in the food industry. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. If you have a strong background in HR and are eager to make a difference in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.,Onboard new employees and ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
