📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and performance issues.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Manage leave and attendance records.,Support the company's talent management initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid setting with flexibility and adaptability.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.
