📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.,Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.,Conduct regular staff training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for a restaurant.
