PT Pancaran Sinergi is seeking a skilled and dedicated Tax Officer to join our team in Tuban, Jawa Timur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns, and providing tax advice to our clients. This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of both remote and office settings.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations.,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax requirements.,Conduct tax audits and investigations to identify and resolve tax issues.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related activities.,Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.,Assist in the preparation of tax-related reports and presentations for management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of tax strategies and policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in tax accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with English is a plus.
