📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff, including chefs, servers, and kitchen staff, providing training and development opportunities.
• Utilize Square POS and Toast to manage inventory, track sales, and streamline operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict cleanliness standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Proficiency in using Square POS and Toast for inventory management and sales tracking.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
