Cloud Mart Dinamis is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Retail Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the sales process, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of our retail operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the sales process by providing product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Support in the organization of retail events and promotions.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and data analysis.,Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.,Assist in the training and development of new retail staff.,Maintain a clean and organized retail environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or sales environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic computer skills and sales software.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
