PT Media Restu is looking for a Lead Cashier to manage and supervise the cashier team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of cash handling procedures. This is a full-time position located in Rembang.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the cashier team to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling.,Ensure all cash transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.,Monitor cash levels and ensure sufficient cash is available for daily operations.,Train and develop cashier team members to improve their performance and skills.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cash transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to cash handling.,Participate in inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role.,Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with accounting software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High school diploma or equivalent.
