📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage a team of mechanics, ensuring they are trained and equipped to perform their duties effectively.,Perform routine and emergency vehicle maintenance and repairs, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.,Manage inventory and order parts and materials as needed.,Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and extend vehicle life.,Train and mentor new mechanics and junior staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth vehicle operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
