📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.,Monitor and evaluate product quality to ensure compliance with company standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Train and mentor quality control team members.,Identify and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.,Maintain and update quality control documentation.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are met.,Provide quality control reports and recommendations to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
