📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Identify training needs and develop customized training programs to address those needs.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure that training programs are relevant and engaging.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Measure and report on the impact of learning and development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
