Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and confirm high-end reservations for our luxury beach club.
- Coordinate VIP bookings and special events, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Work closely with the front desk, concierge, and event planning teams to ensure seamless service.
- Utilize reservation software such as OpenTable and ResDiary to manage bookings efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences.
- Assist in promoting our luxury beach club through various marketing channels.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi & Syarat:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven experience in managing high-end reservations and VIP bookings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and complaints.
- Proficiency in using reservation software such as OpenTable and ResDiary.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple reservations and events simultaneously.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
