📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.,Document patient care activities accurately and maintain patient records.,Perform basic nursing procedures, such as wound care, injections, and IV therapy.,Assist in emergency situations and participate in emergency response protocols.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare facility.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.

🛠️ Keahlian

Clinical skills and knowledge in nursing.Experience with patient care plans and documentation.Ability to work as part of a healthcare team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care.Experience with emergency response and trauma care (preferred).
