📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and achieve company goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and employee satisfaction.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing operations in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant operational software.,Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
