📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure adequate stock is maintained.
  • Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet procurement needs and support business objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations is a plus.
