Local New Cemerlang is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and support.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Assist in the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales data.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
