📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns.,Manage the restaurant's budget and profitability, working to increase revenue and reduce costs.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of food and beverage supplies.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
