📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Manage a team of sales agents, providing training, coaching, and mentoring to ensure high performance.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and enhance brand awareness.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the local real estate market in Batam.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and CRM tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian laws and regulations related to real estate transactions.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
