📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain scheduling systems and processes,Analyze scheduling data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely scheduling,Implement and enforce scheduling policies and procedures,Monitor and report on scheduling performance metrics,Provide training and support to staff on scheduling tools and processes,Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and scheduling requirements,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in scheduling and resource management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in scheduling, resource management, or a related field,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in scheduling software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus
