Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles used by the company,Oversee vehicle maintenance and ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition,Manage fuel consumption and ensure that the company is using fuel efficiently,Schedule drivers and ensure that they are available when needed,Optimize routes to ensure that vehicles are used efficiently and that deliveries are made on time,Monitor and report on fleet performance and make recommendations for improvement,Ensure that all fleet-related regulations and safety standards are met,Work closely with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Ability to drive and have a valid driver's license,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
