Spot City Indonesia is looking for a Senior HR Staff to join our team in Cianjur, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance resolution,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Assist in the development of training programs for employees,Coordinate with management on HR-related matters,Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Team player with a positive attitude
