📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide coaching and mentoring.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Food & Beverage Ingredients industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a must.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
