Dulwich College is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Science Technician to join our dedicated team. As a Senior Science Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our science laboratories and the delivery of high-quality science education. This is a full-time position based in Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain science laboratories, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and supplies.,Supervise and train junior science technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective operation of the laboratories.,Conduct and supervise science experiments, demonstrations, and practical activities for students, ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of students and staff.,Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to integrate science curriculum and develop innovative teaching methods.,Monitor and maintain inventory of science equipment and supplies, ordering and replenishing as needed.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a science laboratory setting, preferably in an international school environment.,Strong knowledge of science curriculum and standards, including the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum.,Professional certification or registration with a relevant professional body, such as the American Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology (ASBMB) or the Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
