Bloom Point Lestari is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Shop Assistant to join our team in Canggu, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and a passion for providing excellent service to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection and recommendations.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Manage inventory levels and restock products as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Work closely with the team to achieve daily sales targets.,Assist with store setup and closing procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
