📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Prepare and present daily specials and desserts.,Participate in menu development and cost control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a high-volume restaurant or kitchen.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.

🛠️ Keahlian

Culinary expertise in Indonesian and international cuisine.Experience with kitchen management and staff supervision.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.Ability to work in a team and lead by example.Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
