📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors,Process various financial transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized work area,Follow all bank policies and procedures,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in cash handling and counting,Update and maintain customer records,Promote bank products and services to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Teller or similar role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Good knowledge of banking products and services,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Computer literacy, especially in banking software,Ability to handle cash and maintain confidentiality
