In this role, you'll be responsible for handling all cash transactions, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. You'll also assist customers with product inquiries, provide recommendations, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience. With your strong communication skills and dedication to customer satisfaction, you'll help us build lasting relationships with our customers and contribute to the growth of SIKUNING PET SHOP.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory management
• Handle cash deposits and reconcile daily sales reports
• Promote pet products and services to customers
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with cash handling and basic accounting principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of pet care products and services is a plus
• Fluency in Indonesian is required
