As a Field Sales Agent at Asticom, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a variety of products to retail stores, supermarkets, and other business establishments. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that our products are well-represented and that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This role requires a proactive and outgoing personality, as well as a strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Promote and sell a diverse range of products to retail stores, supermarkets, and business establishments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the retail industry.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding quotas.
• Strong understanding of the retail industry and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Central Luzon.
