📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting routine and special audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes.
• Analyzing financial data using SAP and Excel to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presenting findings to senior management.
• Collaborating with department heads to implement audit recommendations and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, including tax and labor laws.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and internal controls documentation.
• Providing support to the audit team in planning and executing audit programs.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and trends to enhance audit methodologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role in the F&B industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and relevant regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with management and staff.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in internal auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA) is a plus.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
