📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and present high-quality proposals to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and requirements, and translate them into tailored proposal solutions.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure our proposals are competitive and aligned with industry best practices.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and technological advancements to continuously improve proposal content and strategies.,Review and edit proposals for accuracy, clarity, and consistency, ensuring they meet our brand standards and guidelines.,Provide training and support to internal teams on proposal development and presentation best practices.,Monitor proposal performance and provide feedback to the sales team to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,3-5 years of experience in proposal development, business development, or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales processes, including proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.,Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
