📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analysis and design job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions using ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and other recruitment tools.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-growing company.
• Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
